We bring CSIL Employers together across British Columbia to advocate directly with their decion-makers. By coordinating our voices around shared priorities and clear asks, we turn individual experiences into collective pressure for meaningful change.
Community Engagement
We create spaces for CSIL Employers to connect, stay informed, and be heard. Through newsletters, meetings, and ongoing outreach, we identify shared challenges and ensure our advocacy is grounded in the experiences of the CSIL community.
